Lee De Leon begins his third year at The University of Arizona, his first as the Assistant Athletic Director for Major Gifts and Annual Giving. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the Wildcat Club Annual Giving Program and heads up the marketing efforts for the Wildcat Club. He also identifies, screens, and secures major gifts.

Before coming to Arizona, De Leon was Director of Marketing at the University of Houston for three years. While there, he coordinated the day to day operations of the Athletics Marketing Department and worked specifically with football and men's basketball. Prior to Houston, De Leon was the Marketing Assistant at LSU, where he oversaw the marketing of the women's soccer team and assisted with football. As a student, he served as an intern in the sports marketing departments at Texas A&M and Notre Dame.

A native of Houston, Texas, De Leon received his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Notre Dame and his master's in sport management from Texas A&M University. He lives in Tucson with his wife Lacey and is on the Southern Arizona Board of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
